The Dual Side printing module gives you the benefit to add more information to the card. You will have more space to add a picture in the front, and on the back you can add a digital signature and a magnetic stripe.

The all-in-one ribbon cartridge provides easy maintenance for the printer. It eliminates the hard process of changing the ribbon and the card cleaning mechanism separately. The card cleaning roller is integrated into the ribbon cartridge, so when you are change the cartridge, it automatically changes both.

Versatility: Adding the optional card encoding module like smart card, proximity and magnetic stripe make the card more versatile. These modules encode the data on the contact and contactless smart cards, and on the magnetic stripe that can be used for access control.

Ribbon Protection: When the print command is sent to the printer, the card first passes through the integrated card roller. This removes debris from the surface of the card, thereby protecting the ribbon.

Card Writing Options: The DTC400e can print on 9 mil thin up to 40 mil thick cards. Long Lasting Ribbon Cartridge: When you send information to be printed, the blank card first passes through the cleaning rollers. This removes any debris from the card. This ensures better print quality, and that no cartridge is damaged. In this way the cartridge lasts for a longer time.
