  • Plus M-12W is a Wide in size, multi-panel and multi-function Electronic Copyboard. It features a 2 panel writing surface to write notes, project and brainstorm ideas, and present knowledgeable content. The presented content can be saved on a USB memory stick or to your computer directly. While saving board notes to a connected PC, you can select to save them in a variety of formats including PDF, PNG and JPG file formats.
  • The multifunction model also makes available an on-board printer for quick and seamless print out of meeting notes or any board content. Compatible with InkJet and Laser Printers, the presenter can print out 20 papers at a time from Copyboard in color or black and white using Plus M-12W. Further, the paper size, time/date stamp and binding margins of the prints can be adjusted depending on need. 
  • In addition, M-12W offers enhanced security with built-in security features. Using bundled software, the functions of the M-12W can be controlled and customized directly through the PC.

  • Erase Reminder: Secure your board content and prevent unauthorized/unwanted access. Erase Reminders notify you to erase board content if any information is left written on the board. It scrolls back to check and ensures that the written text is wiped off after the presentation has been delivered.
  • Instant Save: The PLUS M-125 offers digital storage functionality to archive organization wide communication and trainings for future needs. You can store and retain board content to your connected PC directly or can save it to an extended USB Memory stick. The board content can be retrieved in three formats – PDF, PNG, and JPG. Once saved, board content can be:
    • Easily distributed to the audience via email  
    • Shared over Company network
    • Used with Microsoft Office applications
    • Edited using Image Editing Software
    • Cluttered with compact digital files, cutting down the storage space on PC
  • Print Out: With M-125, you can print out the content of the board in color or black and white via compatible printers (Click here to download a list of compatible Printers). InkJet and Laser Printers are supported and can be used with a wall mount or the floor-standing configuration. You can also select to print in Black and White or Color. By printing your work on paper, you can:
    • Present your audience with a copy of what has been written on the board
    • Reduce Note taking, increasing audience interest to the presentation
    • Maintain consistency and avoid misprinting or omission of content
    • Archive hard copy of the content for future reference
  • Scan Button: You can scan complete board content with a single push of the scan button provided on the board. You can save anything you write or draw on the board as a digital file.
  • Environment Friendly – The PLUS M-125 is designed environment friendly, it is built with the LED Light System for low power consumption. The power consumption is reduced by 1/6 percent as compared to traditional systems.
  • Enhanced Security: You can lock access to your board settings by enabling password.
  • Header/Footer Function: Brand printed or saved documents with your company logo, header, and footer with Header/Footer Function. Maintain consistent look and feel throughout organization-wide documentation.
  • Integrated “PLUS TOOLBOX” software: Access all your board settings and operations with a simple Plug and Play PLUS TOOLBOX.  Connect your PC with a USB connection and the PLUS TOOLBOX menu pops up automatically on the PC screen to navigate board content and functions.
